Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order, as everything is freshly mixed and poured. Expect an email with tracking information (if available) when your order is on the way!

SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard at 3-4 business days & Economy at 5-8 business days.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@pureblossomskin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

LOCAL PICK UP

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Local pick up is available for addresses within approximately 15 miles of our business address. If the local pick up option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local pick up. If you are eligible for local pick up, you must contact us at hello@pureblossomskin.com, or text or call at (747)222-6219 to coordinate a time to meet for pick up. Please do not just show up at the address- we must meet you there.
